HEAVY AND STRONG STRUCTURE FRAME.
The frame structure of the machine is heavy-duty which is composed of advanced Q235 high-quality plate box-type frame welding. The inside of frame is specially treated to eliminate the expansion gap of metal temperature difference thus improving the stability of high-speed running of the equipment and achieve the functions of shock absorption, vibration absorption and noise elimination.
SANDING BELT TENSIONING BEAM AND STRUCTURE
Adopting the structure of double air cylinder to tension the sanding  belt, so as to balance the forces on every points of the belt and ensure the smooth rotary running, improving service life and sanding effect of the belt.
SANDING ROLLER DRIVING PARTS
Adopting high-quality couplet imported from Italy,
improving the transmission strength and damping effect, changing the original transmission structure, and protecting the transmission shaft of sanding roller is not affected by radial force to ensure the service life.
